What is your shipping Policy?

Please note the difference between originals and prints. The shipping policy for originals is we only ship to USA and Canada . Your original painting will ship out within five to seven business days of your purchase . Your original will ship via UPS and will require direct signature . We have been shipping paintings nationally for over 15 years so you can trust that your painting will be packaged securely. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it is shipped .

Please note that all print orders from this site are processed and shipped from Graphik Dimensions in Austin, Texas.  You will be charged Graphik Dimensions standard shipping rates . Please contact: 310. 739.4250  you have any questions regarding your print order. They are also very helpful with framing if you need any guidance. 

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase . If you want to return your original art or print for any reason you may do so within 5 days of receipt. You will receive store credit from this site for a future purchase. Please note you will need to get pre-approved before returning your purchase, please email us at jrdsg3@gmail.com or call 310.739.4250 Monday-Friday 9-5 EST. Please note you are responsible for the return shipping costs on return orders .
